We’re Hiring | Project Associate – Financial Inclusion

Learning Links Foundation is looking for a Project Associate to support grassroots financial inclusion and community development initiatives in Aizawl, Mizoram.

Location: Aizawl, Mizoram
Experience: 1–2 years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA
Preferred Background: Banking / Microfinance / BFSI

Key Responsibilities:

- Support communities in accessing credit schemes through banks and government programs.
- Conduct financial literacy sessions, outreach activities and credit awareness drives.
- Organize awareness events on government credit schemes.
- Maintain beneficiary records, reports and track credit linkages.
- Support field visits, training workshops and review meetings.
- Coordinate with VDOs, BDOs and community leaders.

Skills Required:

Solid communication skills in English and local language
Problem-solving and coordination skills
Understanding of the BFSI sector
Willingness to work in the field and engage with communities
