Telecaller Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead Calling & Follow-up
- Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers, dealers, distributors, and business prospects.
- Follow up regularly with existing leads and maintain proper follow-up schedules.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Lead Generation
- Generate recent business leads through calling, databases, references, and online sources.
- Identify potential dealers, distributors, installers, and commercial customers.
- Qualify leads based on requirement, location, budget, and purchase potential.
- B2B Sales Support
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, product discussions, and quotations where required.
- Support the sales team in converting qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Dealer & Customer Coordination
- Contact existing dealers/customers for repeat orders and new requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with dealers and prospects.
- Share product updates, offers, schemes, and company information as instructed.
- Lead & Data Management




- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, requirements, and outcomes.
- Update CRM/Excel/database records on a daily basis.
- Ensure no qualified lead is missed due to improper or delayed follow-up.
- Target & Performance
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain expected call volume, qualified leads, follow-ups, and appointment/meeting targets.
- Track conversion of generated leads and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Reporting
- Submit daily/weekly calling and lead-generation reports.
- Report lead status, customer requirements, pending follow-ups, and conversion progress.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding high-potential prospects.
- Customer Service
- Handle basic customer queries professionally and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Pay: ₹9,969.98 - ₹15,000.00 per month
