Repair & Maintenance Manager

Location: Aurangabad
Experience: 15 to 18+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Electrical
Industry: FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Heavy Industry

Job Description:

- Manage overall plant maintenance, utilities and equipment reliability.
- Handle Electrical & Mechanical maintenance, HT/LT distribution, boilers, refrigeration, air compressors and water treatment.
- Plan and execute preventive & corrective maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting.
- Manage maintenance manpower, spares, services and CAPEX.
- Prepare MIS, maintenance reports, budgets and KPI tracking.
- Drive energy/water conservation, cost reduction and productivity improvement projects.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase and Accounts teams.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, Food Safety and ISO/OHSAS requirements.
- Lead and train maintenance engineers and technicians.

Requirements:

- 15 to 18+ years of plant maintenance experience in FMCG / Food / Manufacturing / Heavy Industry.
- Solid knowledge of both Electrical & Mechanical maintenance.
- Experience in utilities, preventive maintenance, CAPEX and manpower management.
- B.E./B. Tech Electrical is mandatory.
