We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive on behalf of our client. This is a remote role open to candidates based in Bangalore. You will own the hiring process from sourcing to offer, helping the client find and bring in the right talent. It's a excellent fit for someone who is people-oriented, organized, and enjoys the fast pace of recruitment.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment: understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Instahyre) and social media
- Use Boolean search and talent databases to find active and passive candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR rounds, and shortlist candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and hiring timelines
- Maintain candidate data and hiring trackers in ATS or Excel
- Follow up with candidates, manage offers, and ensure smooth onboarding




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate) and share regular reports
- Represent the employer brand positively during all candidate interactions

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 0 to 1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internships count)
- Good knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Comfortable with video interviews and online collaboration tools
- Stable internet connection and own laptop
