Role & responsibilities
- Maintenance Strategy & Operations: Develop and implement preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff (technicians, mechanics).
- Facility & Equipment Care: Perform regular inspections of machinery, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Budgeting & Inventory: Manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and oversee inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards, environmental regulations, and local laws.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.
Preferred candidate profile
- 12+ years of relevant work experience
- Awareness of sheet metal-based manufacturing processes and machines used in them
