Role & responsibilities

* Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings for projects.

* Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

* Coordinate with structural MEP , and civil engineering teams.

* Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.

* Review drawings and site work to ensure execution matches the approved design.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

* Ensure timely completion of design and documentation work.

* Preferred candidate profile

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.

* 2-5 Years of relevent experience in residential / commercial projects.

* Good Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.

* Strong understanding of architectural drawings, layouts, and construction practices.

* Valuable knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.

* Ability to coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and site teams.

* Candidate with real estate / project development experience will be preferred.
