*Key Roles & Responsibilities Production Engineering:

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes and manufacturing lines.
- Identify bottlenecks, process losses and productivity gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Improve line productivity, cycle time,



manpower utilization and process efficiency.
- Conduct time study, line balancing and process capacity analysis.
- Implement Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Poka-Yoke and other process improvement techniques.
- Develop and standardize work methods, SOPs, work instructions and process parameters.
- Support new process / new product introduction, process trials and production ramp-up.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other cross-functional teams.
- Analyze production data and use RCA / problem-solving tools to eliminate recurring issues.
- Identify opportunities for automation, semi-automation, tooling and fixture improvement.
- Reduce rejection, rework, downtime, material wastage and manufacturing cost.
- Monitor and improve OEE, productivity and process performance.
- Support implementation of visual management and standard work on the shop floor.
- Ensure improvements are sustained through proper documentation and periodic review.
