We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented New Product Development Executive to drive product innovation and develop new products in the healthy snacking and FMCG food categories.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new products across makhana, dry fruits, seeds, spices, and healthy snacks.
- Research market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct product trials, formulation development, and sensory evaluations.
- Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, packaging, and marketing teams for product development and commercialization.
- Identify suitable raw materials, ingredients, flavours, and packaging solutions.
- Manage product costing, shelf-life testing, and product quality improvement.
- Develop innovative flavours, product variants, and value-added food products.
- Ensure compliance with applicable FSSAI and food safety standards.




- Maintain product development records, samples, specifications, and reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate (B.SC/M.SC) in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in FMCG, food processing, or product development.
- Knowledge of food formulation, ingredient functionality, shelf-life testing, and food safety.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Cutting-edge mindset with the ability to convert market insights into commercially viable products.
