Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in ParamedicalParamedical recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for vario Paramedical positions at the Head Office and across PAN India locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, salary expectations, and role requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate management interviews.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.




- Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and interview panels.
- Negotiate salary and support the offer and joining process.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate trackers, interview status, and hiring dashboards.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track joining status and follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for frequently required IT positions.
- Stay updated on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and availability of technical talent.

Required Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisitio
- Robust hands-on experience in hiring for Paramedical staff is mandatory.
- PAN India recruitment experience will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
