Responsibilities:
-Market and promote IT consultants to US clients and vendors
-Source job requirements from vendors via cold calls, emails, and social media
-Submit consultant profiles to matching job requirements
-Follow up with vendors/clients for interview feedback and updates
-Build and maintain a robust vendor network
-Manage consultant submissions, interviews, and onboarding process
-Maintain accurate records of all activities
Requirements:
-Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and quick learner
-Willingness to work US night shifts
-Interest in sales, marketing, or recruitment
-Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD) is a plus
