Position: Counsellor / Business Development Executive

- Job Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising, branding, digital marketing, website, SEO, and creative services.
- Convert leads into clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings and explain services, packages, proposals, and quotations.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the internal creative, digital marketing, and development teams.
- Prepare and maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate referrals.




- Follow up regularly until closure and ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Good understanding of advertising and digital marketing services.
- Confident and target-oriented personality.
- Good follow-up and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.

Preferred ExperienceExperience in an advertising agency, digital marketing agency, media company, branding agency, or other service-based industry will be preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
