Key Responsibilities:
- Visit existing and current customers, including dealers and end users (workshops, fabricators, industries)
- Take orders and follow up on payments and delivery
- Recover outstanding payments from customers on time
- Handle customer issues on the spot, such as product queries, complaints and disputes
- Identify and develop new customers and new areas to expand market presence
- Analyze customer needs and area potential to plan visits and sales approach
- Share a daily visit report (customers met, orders taken, issues faced) with the office
