We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, coordinate with different teams, track performance, and support management in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor day-to-day business operations.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, HR, accounts, and other departments.

Work closely with the MD/management on business-related activities and priorities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performance reports.

Track team performance, targets, leads, conversions, and operational activities.

Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.

Develop and maintain SOPs and improve existing business processes.

Monitor ongoing projects, tasks, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.

Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to management.

Maintain proper documentation, records, and operational reports.

Follow up with internal teams,



clients, vendors, and other stakeholders when required.

Support management in planning and implementing current business initiatives.

Ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments.

Handle multiple priorities and manage tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in business operations, operations management, business coordination, or a similar role.

Experience in real estate or a related industry is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting/MIS.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.

Should be comfortable working directly with senior management/MD.

Good understanding of business processes and operational workflows.

Professional attitude with good follow-up and execution skills.
