- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 / month (Based on experience) + Uncapped Incentives
- Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon – Sat)
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads generated through company portals and campaigns.
- Explain company products/services clearly and handle customer queries professionally.
- Understand customer needs, pitch the right solutions,



and close sales or book appointments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients to ensure conversions.
- Keep accurate call logs, lead status updates, and reports in the CRM/sheet daily.
- Requirements & Qualifications:Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with strong communication are welcome; experienced candidates get preference).
- Languages: Good command over Hindi, Gujarati, or English (basic English required).
- Skills: Clear speaking voice, persuasion skills, active listening, and a positive sales mindset
