JOB DESCRIPTION: EXPORT MANAGER

LOCATION: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

EXPERIENCE: 4-5 Years

COMPENSATION: Up to ₹60,000/month

JOB SUMMARY:

Develop international business opportunities and manage the complete export sales process, from market development and buyer engagement through commercial negotiation, order coordination, documentation, dispatch and payment tracking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop international buyers and distributors.

• Generate export enquiries and business leads.

• Identify new international markets.

• Develop relationships with overseas architects, designers, retailers and importers.

• Prepare quotations and export proposals.

• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.

• Coordinate export orders from enquiry to dispatch.

• Coordinate with Production and Logistics teams.

• Manage shipping documentation and export paperwork.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs-related processes.





• Track international payments and maintain export sales reports.

• Research international furniture markets and competitors.

• Attend or coordinate international exhibitions and business meetings.

• Develop long-term relationships with international customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS / CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• 4-5 years of export sales/business development experience.

• Experience in furniture, lifestyle, interiors or manufacturing preferred.

• Knowledge of export documentation and shipping processes.

• Robust English communication.

• Excellent negotiation and business-development skills.

• Knowledge of international markets.

• Willingness to travel internationally when required
