Job Description: Resident Technician (1 Year Experience Required)

We are looking for a skilled Resident Technician with at least 1 year of experience to be deployed at a Government Department. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and resolve hardware and basic network issues
- Perform regular maintenance and servicing of equipment
- Provide on-site support at the assigned government office
- Install and configure systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Maintain service reports and ensure timely task completion

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience
- Basic knowledge of computers, printers, and networking
- Ability to work independently at client location
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
