We are looking for a Telecaller to join FinanVita India Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their loan requirements, explaining suitable loan products and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Understand customer requirements for Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan and other loan products.

• Explain loan products, eligibility and basic process to customers.

• Generate and qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and update lead information.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Maintain skilled communication and good customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.

• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

• Telecalling, sales or BFSI experience will be an advantage.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
