Job Summary-We are looking for energetic and responsible Pickers & Packers to work at a Blinkit dark store. The candidate will be responsible for accurately picking products from designated locations, packing customer orders, and ensuring orders are ready for timely dispatch.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPick products accurately from the store shelves based on customer orders.
- Check product quantity, quality, expiry dates, and packaging before dispatch.
- Pack orders safely and appropriately to prevent damage or leakage.
- Scan products and orders using the store's handheld/mobile system.
- Ensure orders are prepared within the required turnaround time.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store and packing area.
- Arrange and replenish products on shelves when required.
- Report damaged, missing, or expired products to the supervisor.
- Follow all company safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and store team members for smooth order handover.
- EligibilityMinimum qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Ability to read basic Hindi/English or the local language.
- Basic smartphone handling skills.
- Good physical fitness and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
