? LOCATION & VACANCIES

Pune – PROJECT - 2 Vacancies

? ROLE OVERVIEW

Engagement: Fellowship

Work Mode: Field Work - Pune (On-site)

Salary: ₹20,000 - 25,000 (based on experience) + Travel allowance

Work Week: 6 Days

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Training Focus)

- Conduct training sessions for citizens and field staff on government schemes.

- Involve and actively engage people in training and awareness sessions.

- Train, guide and support 'Haqdarshaks' (Field Agents) on HD Portal and field activities.

- Organise community camps and help citizens to apply for schemes.





- Provide on-ground support and handholding during the entire application process.

- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and local officials.

✅ QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Experience: 1-3 years in social sector/training/community mobilization preferred.

- Tech Skills: Basic Excel, Word, PowerPoint & digital tools.

- Communication: Valuable in local language, Hindi & basic English. Report writing skills.

- Attitude: Willingness to do field work, lead-from-the-front mindset and passion for social impact.
