- Assess customer requirements by asking open-ended questions and offering expert product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features, perks, and proper usage to drive purchasing decisions.
- Inform customers about ongoing store promotions, discounts, loyalty programs, and bundled offers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper stock levels on display shelves, racks, and counters.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and periodic stock audits.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process cash, card, or digital payments, and issue accurate receipts or invoices.
- Handle basic customer feedback, exchanges, or returns efficiently and politely according to store policy.
