About the RoleWe are looking for sincere, hardworking and guest-focused Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team and help us deliver clean, comfortable and memorable stays for our guests.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in hospitality and learn professional housekeeping and guest service standards in a resort environment.

- Key ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms as per resort standards.
- Make beds, change linen and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
- Ensure rooms are properly cleaned, organised and ready for guest arrival.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, public areas and assigned areas when required.
- Handle linen, cleaning chemicals, equipment and supplies carefully.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, shortages and Lost & Found items immediately.
- Respond politely and promptly to guest requests and coordinate with supervisors.
- Follow housekeeping SOPs, hygiene, safety, grooming and guest privacy standards.
- Maintain housekeeping stores and work areas in an organised manner.
- Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the required time.
- Support deep cleaning and other housekeeping activities as required.

- Good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good communication in Hindi; basic English and Marathi preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and holidays as per operational requirements.
- Prior hotel/resort experience is an advantage but freshers are welcome.
