? Job Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily shift operations at the Zepto dark store.

Lead and monitor Pickers, Packers and Delivery/Store support staff.

Ensure timely order picking, packing and dispatch.

Monitor productivity, attendance and shift-wise manpower deployment.

Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock reconciliation.

Ensure proper SOP, safety and quality compliance.

Handle operational issues and resolve customer/order-related escalations.





Prepare daily shift reports and share MIS with the management.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.

Achieve daily productivity and operational targets.

? Candidate Profile

1–3 years of experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Warehouse or Dark Store Operations.

Good team-handling and communication skills.

Ability to manage operations in a rapid-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
