Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and responsible Inside Sales & Wholesaler Coordinator to handle wholesalers, product sampling, order generation, stock management and material dispatch.

Key ResponsibilitiesWholesaler Handling

- Regularly communicate with wholesalers and textile dealers.
- Attend wholesaler enquiries and understand their requirements.
- Maintain good relationships with existing wholesalers.
- Follow up for new and repeat orders.

Sampling & Sales

- Show textile/fabric samples and recent collections to wholesalers.
- Explain product quality, design, pricing and availability.
- Take orders based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on quotations and pending orders.
- Generate repeat business from existing wholesalers.

Material / Stock Handling

- Check stock availability against customer orders.
- Coordinate for material picking/dispatch.
- Ensure the correct quantity, design and fabric is prepared for dispatch.




- Material arranging/keeping material properly in the designated stock area.
- Maintain proper arrangement and identification of fabrics/samples.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for inward and outward material.

Daily Operations

- Maintain records of samples shown, orders received and materials dispatched.
- Check pending orders and follow up for timely completion.
- Coordinate between wholesalers, sales team and store/warehouse.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
- Experience dealing with wholesalers/dealers preferred.
- Knowledge of textile/fabric products is an advantage.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of stock handling.
