Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Experience: 2–5 Years

Industry: Construction / Façade / Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end purchase activities for construction and engineering materials.
- Identify and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial terms.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Site, QS, Stores, Accounts and Project teams for material requirements.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase orders and purchase-related documents.
- Track material delivery and ensure materials are received as per requirement.




- Monitor purchase costs and support cost-effective procurement.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Handle urgent site material requirements and ensure timely procurement.

Preferred Skills:

- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Vendor management
- Knowledge of construction/engineering materials
- MS Excel and MS Office
- Purchase documentation and MIS reporting
- Positive coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to work under deadlines

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / Any relevant degree preferred.
