The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, explaining products, offers, and services, generating leads, following up with existing and potential customers, answering customer queries, and maintaining proper call records. The candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to convince customers professionally. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service will be an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
