Key Responsibilities:

- Repair, maintain and install MIG welding and cutting machines

- Visit customer sites (in office service) and fix machine issues

- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in machines

- Perform board-level repair and component replacement

- Verify warranty claims for faulty machines

- Test machines after repair to ensure proper working

- Maintain service reports and update customers on repair status

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Purchase teams for spare parts and customer follow-ups

Training:

- Candidates with no prior experience on welding and cutting machines will be trained by our team
