Field Sales ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets through direct field visits and customer interactions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Visit prospective and existing customers regularly to understand their requirements.
- Present products/services and explain features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
- Convert leads into customers and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, orders, and sales activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, payments,



and customer support.
- Prepare regular sales and field-visit reports.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a related role.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly sales/revenue achievement.
- Number of recent customers acquired.
- Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
- Customer retention and repeat business.
- Number of productive field visits.
- Collection/payment performance.

CompensationSalary: ₹[18000] – ₹[25000] per month + incentives
