Location: Kolathur, Chennai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up with leads received through LinkedIn, IndiaMART, and social media platforms.
- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Update lead details and follow-up status accurately.
- Coordinate with the concerned team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Achieve assigned lead conversion and performance targets.

Mandatory Skills

- Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory.




- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and qualified telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of social media and online lead platforms is an advantage.
