? Immediate Hiring – Telesales & Lead Generation | BengaluruAltilium Energie is looking for a young, agile and confident female graduate to join our team for an Outbound Lead Generation & Telesales role for their Energy Business.

We are specifically looking for freshers who are energetic, outspoken, comfortable speaking with prospective clients, and interested in building a career in the Power & Energy sector.

Eligibility: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering only; fresher candidates preferred. Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory, along with good verbal communication and confidence in outbound calling. This is a full-time, work-from-office position in Bengaluru with immediate joining preferred.

Role: Outbound calling, lead generation, initial customer engagement, follow-ups, database development and supporting the business development team in converting qualified opportunities.
