? JOB SUMMARY-We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to manage buyer coordination, order execution, sampling, production follow-up and commercial documentation from sampling through shipment.

The candidate should have strong garment industry knowledge and the ability to manage multiple styles, buyers, factory teams and tight deadlines.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Buyer Coordination: Act as the single point of contact for buyers and handle PO follow-ups, tech packs, comments and approvals.

• Order Execution: Manage costing, booking, BOM,



timelines and track orders from sampling through shipment.

• Sampling: Coordinate with the Product Development team for proto, fit, PP and salesman samples while ensuring quality and timelines.

• Production Follow-up: Coordinate daily with Production, Planning and QA teams to monitor inline quality and delivery schedules.

• Documentation: Prepare commercial and shipping documents and maintain accurate order MIS.

• Problem Solving: Handle buyer complaints and rejections and coordinate corrective actions.

?️ REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims and manufacturing processes.

• Strong communication skills with buyers and factory teams.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Email and ERP.

• Ability to manage multiple styles and work under tight deadlines.

• Robust coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
