Key ResponsibilitiesVisit
- customer and project sites for installation, inspection, and service support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at site.
- Handle maintenance and repair of solar systems and related equipment.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of equipment.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for service requirements.
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper service records.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Travel to different project sites as required.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of electrical/electronic systems.
- Basic knowledge of solar systems, inverters, and electrical equipment.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
