Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and location preferences.
- Explain project features, pricing, location benefits, and available plots.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Follow up consistently with potential customers to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team and hand over qualified leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.




- Requirements2+ years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role.
- Real estate telecalling experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Robust follow-up and customer relationship skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Compensation Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
