About the Role Astro Pundit, an astrology consultation service, is looking for an experienced and confident Consultation Client Dealing Executive to handle client communication, understand their requirements, and assist them with the consultation process.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming client inquiries and communicate with clients professionally.
- Understand clients' requirements and guide them regarding available consultation services.
- Convince and assist potential clients in taking consultations.
- Manage client follow-ups and maintain professional relationships.
- Coordinate and manage client appointments and consultations.
- Handle client queries and provide appropriate information.




- Maintain proper client records and ensure smooth day-to-day client management.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
- Good client dealing and relationship management
- Confident and professional personality
- Ability to handle clients patiently and politely
- Good follow-up and management skills
- Previous experience in client dealing, sales, counselling, or a similar role will be preferred.
