Position: Telecaller

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contact potential customers, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:

- Graduate or HSC/Any Diploma.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
