The Civil Engineer will lead the planning, design, and execution of residential and mixed-use development projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, overseeing stormwater management solutions, coordinating with architects, contractors, and consultants, and monitoring construction quality and progress in office. The role involves conducting site evaluations, preparing technical reports, supporting approvals from relevant authorities, and optimizing designs for safety, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. The Senior Civil Engineer will mentor junior engineers, support project scheduling and budgeting, and actively participate in continuous improvement of engineering processes. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mysore.
