Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime, Prepare and record sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal and vouchers, Maintain and update client, supplier and ledger accounts, Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, debit notes and credit notes, Perform bank reconciliation and identify discrepancies, Maintain records of accounts receivable and accounts payable, Follow up for pending bills, payments and supporting documents as required, Verify bills, invoices and supporting documents before accounting, Ensure that accounting entries are made accurately and within the required time, Maintain proper filing of vouchers, invoices, bank documents and other accounting records, Promptly highlight discrepancies or accounting issues to the reporting authority.
