Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Techno-Commercial Executive who can understand customer requirements, identify suitable technical solutions, prepare commercial proposals, and coordinate with internal teams for timely submission and execution of business opportunities.

The candidate will work closely with the Sales, Technical, Tender, Accounts, Logistics, and OEM/Vendor teams and will act as a bridge between technical requirements and commercial offerings.

- Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer requirements, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements shared by the Sales team.
- Identify and recommend suitable products/solutions as per customer requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, BOQs, and product configurations.
- Prepare and maintain technical compliance sheets, product comparisons, datasheets, and solution documents.
- Review tender/RFQ specifications from a technical and commercial perspective.
- Coordinate with the Technical/Pre-Sales team for product selection, solution designing, and technical clarifications.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for product specifications, availability, pricing, authorization, and supporting documents.
- Work with the Sales team for pricing, commercial negotiations, and proposal revisions.
- Obtain internal price approvals and ensure quotations are prepared as per approved commercial terms.
- Evaluate product costing, margins, taxes, freight, warranty, installation, and other commercial components before finalizing proposals.
- Coordinate with Accounts and Logistics for stock availability, billing-related inputs, dispatch timelines, freight, and other commercial information.
- Support the Tender team in preparing technical compliance, BOQ, product documentation,



and commercial inputs for government and institutional bids.
- Handle technical and commercial queries raised by customers, partners, or departments in coordination with the concerned internal team.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, pricing, product configurations, revisions, and customer requirements.
- Follow up with Sales and concerned departments for pending information and timely closure of proposals.
- Ensure accuracy of technical specifications, pricing, commercial terms, and documentation before submission.
- Support Sales during customer discussions, demonstrations, or technical meetings whenever required.
- Key Skills RequiredGood understanding of techno-commercial processes, quotations, BOQs, costing, and proposal preparation.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Positive attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Basic understanding of government tenders/GeM/eProcurement will be an added advantage.

Preferred Industry ExposureCandidates having experience in any of the following will be preferred:

AV / IT Hardware / Smart Classroom / Interactive Displays / Video Conferencing / Audio-Video Solutions / System Integration / IT Infrastructure / Electronics

- QualificationGraduate/B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, Electrical, or related technical discipline.
- MBA or additional qualification in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Techno-Commercial, Pre-Sales, Sales Coordination, Tendering, or Solution Sales.
