We are looking for motivated Loan Officers to provide loan services to small retailers and business outlets under the Bharat Super Shop (BSS) model. The role involves customer acquisition, sales, relationship management, lead generation, and collection activities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market surveys and identify potential customers interested in loans.
Acquire current customers and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Promote Overdraft and Retail Loan Products and achieve sales/revenue targets.
Generate leads and convert them into customers.
Conduct collection activities and maintain good portfolio quality.
Minimize customer delinquency through effective collection practices.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Travel extensively within the assigned area for field activities.
Eligibility & Skills
Education: 10th / PUC / Matriculation – Pass.
Experience: 0–2 years.
Good sales and customer-handling skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
Ability to work in a competitive environment.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local/vernacular language – reading, writing and speaking.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Mandatory Requirement
Own insured two-wheeler is mandatory.
Valid driving licence is mandatory.
Suitable for: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
