Job SummaryThe Food Utility Staff is responsible for supporting day-to-day food service operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting in food preparation, handling utensils, and ensuring a hygienic and efficient work workplace.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in basic food preparation activities as directed by the kitchen supervisor.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, and workstations.
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area.
- Support food serving and replenishment activities.
- Ensure proper storage of food items and supplies.
- Dispose of waste in accordance with hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Assist in unloading and organizing inventory and supplies.
- Carry out any additional operational duties assigned by the supervisor.
