- Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise residential construction activities from excavation to finishing.
- Monitor excavation, foundation, PCC, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Read and execute structural and architectural drawings.
- Check quality, levels, alignment, dimensions and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, vendors and project teams.
- Monitor material requirements, site progress and daily activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Ensure proper safety practices and timely completion of work.
- RequirementsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–4 years of relevant site experience.
- Residential construction experience preferred.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Two-wheeler/Bike mandatory.
- Willingness to work across multiple project sites in Bengaluru.
