JAWED HABIB HAIR & BEAUTY SALON – BANER, PUNE

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and sales-focused Salon Manager to lead our salon operations and team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong salon management experience and wants to take responsibility for the growth and performance of a professional salon.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage daily salon operations and staff

• Drive daily & monthly sales targets

• Monitor employee performance and productivity

• Handle customers and resolve complaints professionally

• Manage appointments, billing and inventory

• Ensure excellent service quality, hygiene and grooming standards

• Increase repeat customers, bookings and service sales

• Prepare daily sales and staff performance reports

• Support promotions and salon marketing activities





WE ARE LOOKING FOR✔ 2–3+ years of experience as a Salon Manager / Senior Salon Supervisor

✔ Strong knowledge of salon operations

✔ Excellent customer handling and communication skills

✔ Proven ability to manage and motivate a team

✔ Strong sales and target-oriented mindset

✔ Responsible, professional and confident personality

✔ Basic computer/Excel knowledge

? SALARY: ₹20,000–₹30,000 + PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES

? Location: Baner–Pashan Link Road, Pune

? Job Type: Full time
