Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele sales Executive to join our real estate team. The main role is to connect with potential buyers over the phone, share details about real estate projects, and schedule site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from the database.
- Explain property details, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable projects.
- Schedule and follow up on site visits.
- Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups in CRM.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and closures.
- Requirements: Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate or property sales preferred.
- Ability to handle customer queries confidently.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Experience in tele sales or telemarketing will be an added advantage.
