- Receive and process orders on the computer system.
- Pick the required spare parts from the warehouse inventory.
- Verify parts against the order and pack them properly.
- Coordinate and hand over orders to delivery boys/riders.
- Maintain accurate order and inventory-related records in the system.
- Follow defined SOPs and processes for order handling, packing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Ensure orders are processed within the defined TAT/SLA.
