We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills with a proven track record in real estate sales.

- Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate business.
- Monitor team performance, daily activities, site visits, follow-ups, and closures.
- Handle key clients and support the team in negotiations and deal closures.
- Generate new leads through various channels and ensure proper lead conversion.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
- Track sales pipeline, conversions, revenue,



and individual team performance.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers and maintain proper CRM records.
- Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams to improve lead generation and sales performance.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Ensure the team follows company policies, processes, and professional standards.
