Job Title: QSR Outlet Supervisor / Team Member

Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai (Inside Corporate Food Court)

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: 10 to 12 Hours (Monday to Friday) + Weekend cleaning and operational support as required.

Positions Available & Salary Details:

1. QSR Supervisor / Incharge: Rs 20,000 - Rs 24,000 per month
2. QSR Team Member / Counter Staff: Rs 15,000 - Rs 18,000 per month

We are looking for energetic QSR Supervisors and Team Members / Counter Staff for our continental rapid-food kiosk inside a corporate food court.

Key Responsibilities for Supervisor:

- Supervise daily outlet operations and team members.
- Manage billing counter and ensure smooth service during peak hours.




- Maintain stock records and ensure food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities for Team Member:

- Take customer orders quickly at the billing counter.
- Assist the kitchen team with light food assembly (burgers, fries, wrapping) during rush hours.
- Maintain absolute cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements:

- Freshers or 6 months+ experience for Team Member role. 1 to 3 years of QSR experience for Supervisor role.
- Polite behavior and quick-learning attitude.
- Ability to work fast during busy corporate lunch hours.
