Designation- Bench Sales Recruiter (Work for Office)

Location: Kanpur (Kidwai Nagar)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ø Sourcing, identifying, the Requirements from Top vendors to place Consultants in quick turnaround time in permanent positions

Ø Establish and maintain a positive relationship with the employees, vendors and the clients

Ø Marketing our bench own consultants to the suitable requirements

Ø Submitting, scheduling interview, follow up with Vendors, negotiation of offers

Ø Posting their resumes into Dice, Monster, Hot jobs, Net-temps etc

Ø Making Follow ups with different vendors for previously submitted positions.

Skills Required:

Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ø Must be able to create good presentation

Ø Ability to work under pressure

Ø Must be details oriented and active listener

Requirement:

We are looking for candidate who is open for

Day Shift, Sunday Fixed Off, Office Timings: 9:00AM- 6:00PM IST
