Job Overview:

We are hiring a Telecaller (Female) for a customer support and outbound calling role. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, explaining products/services, and supporting sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally
- Inform customers about company products, services, and offers
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain daily call and sales reports
- Update lead information in CRM/dialer systems





Skills Required:

- Outbound Calling
- Domestic BPO / Voice Process
- Customer Handling & Communication Skills
- Basic knowledge of call center operations

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication skills (Hindi/Basic English)
- Comfortable with calling and long phone hours
- Immediate joiners preferred
