Position Summary

Lead generation executive are responsible for receiving outbound calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.

They require a thorough knowledge of the products and services, positive oral and written skills. Demonstrated success in s customer service is required.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Good Communication (Tamil or Telugu or Malayalam )

· Ability to write, speak and understand regional language Telugu or Tamil or Malayalam as specified

Education & Experience

· Graduates or diploma or +2
