ensuring the accuracy and quality of customer profiles, KYC (Know Your

Customer) data, and documents. This role involves desk appraisals,

tele-calling, tele-verification, and coordination with cross-functional teams

to maintain and consolidate MIS (Management Information Systems) data.Key

Responsibilities:Customer Profile Check: Conduct thorough checks on customer

profiles to ensure accuracy and completeness.Quality of KYC, Data, and

Documents: Verify and validate KYC documents and customer data to ensure

compliance with regulatory standards.Desk Appraisals: Perform desk appraisals





to assess the quality and authenticity of customer information.Tele-calling

and Tele-Verification: Conduct tele-calling and tele-verification to confirm

customer details and resolve any discrepancies.MIS and Data Consolidation:

Maintain and consolidate MIS data, ensuring it is up-to-date and

accurate.Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with various

departments to streamline processes and ensure data

integrity.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration,

Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in customer verification, KYC

processes, or a similar role.Solid attention to detail and excellent

analytical skills.Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as

part of a team.
