This role involves leading design projects from concept to production while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end design and development of products from concept through productionDevelop and optimize designs for plastic components (injection molding, DFM, DFA)Design and engineer sheet metal components including fabrication and assembly processesApply industrial design principles to ensure functionality, aesthetics, and user experienceCreate 3D models, detailed drawings, and technical documentationCollaborate with manufacturing, prototyping, and quality teams to ensure design feasibilityConduct design reviews, risk assessments,
